This Privacy Policy explains how ShirtKing Studio ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our application and website at app.shirtking.world.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your email address and name when you create an account or contact us.
- Design images: artwork files you upload for title and tag generation.
- Shop data via the Etsy API: when you connect your shop through OAuth 2.0, we access only the data covered by the scopes you approve (shop information and listings). We do not access buyer personal data.
- Usage data: basic technical logs (timestamps, feature usage) to operate and improve the service.
2. How we use information
- To generate listing titles and tags from your uploaded designs.
- To create and update draft listings in your shop, at your request.
- To provide support and communicate service updates.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your shop data for advertising.
3. Etsy API data
Our use of data received from the Etsy API complies with the Etsy API Terms of Use, including its caching and data-retention requirements. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted. If you revoke our access, we delete your tokens and stop all API activity on your behalf.
4. Data retention
Uploaded design images and generated drafts are retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@shirtking.world; we complete deletion requests within 30 days.
5. Third-party services
We use cloud hosting and AI model providers to process design images and generate text. These providers process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements and do not use your content to train their models under our configuration.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted token storage, and access controls limited to authorized personnel.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@shirtking.world.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated revision date.
