1. The service

ShirtKing Studio is a listing-optimization tool for print-on-demand sellers. It generates listing titles and tags from uploaded design images and, when you connect your shop, creates draft listings through the official Etsy Open API v3.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the design images you upload. You represent that you own or have the right to use the artwork you process through the service, and that your listings comply with the policies of the marketplace where you publish them, including intellectual-property and trademark rules.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to create listings that infringe third-party intellectual property.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the service's operation.
• Do not use the service in a way that violates the terms of any connected marketplace.

5. Etsy integration

Shop connections are made through OAuth 2.0 and are governed by the scopes you approve. Our use of the Etsy API is subject to the Etsy API Terms of Use. The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". Generated titles and tags are suggestions; you are responsible for reviewing them before publishing. We do not guarantee search ranking, sales, or marketplace approval outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShirtKing Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
